Amendment

A corporation or LLC may amend its Certificate of Incorporation or Articles of Organization from time to time by filing a Certificate of Amendment, the Certificate of Amendment may amend any of the information that may be contained in a Certificate of Incorporation or Articles of Organization (name change; revision to the purpose clause; alteration of stock, etc.).
